Surveillance and Control Services
The Labour and Social Security Inspectorate is responsible for monitoring and demanding compliance with the legal, regulatory and normative content of collective agreements.
Technical assistance services
Information and guidance to companies and workers, during the exercise of the inspection function
Collaboration and assistance to Social Security entities and agencies
Information, assistance and collaboration with other public administration bodies on the application of social order standards
Preparation of technical-labor reports for judicial bodies
Arbitration, Conciliation and Mediation Services
It offers services for the resolution of labor disputes, within the scope of the inspection action previously initiated, and with the acceptance of all the parties involved:
