The State Agency for Labour and Social Security Inspection has undertaken to make its website accessible in accordance with the Law. Royal Decree 1112/2018, of 7 September, on accessibility of websites and applications for mobile devices in the public sector.

This website is partially in accordance with Royal Decree 1112/2018 due to the lack of conformity of the aspects indicated below.

2. Disproportionate burden

3. The content does not fall within the scope of the applicable legislation

   • There may be office automation files in PDF and other formats published before September 20, 2018 that do not fully meet all accessibility requirements. Although it has been ensured that most of them do comply with it.
   • Third-party content that is not funded or developed by us or under our control.

The main objective of the State Agency of the Labour and Social Economy Inspectorate is to make its website as accessible and usable as possible. Therefore, it has been designed to adapt to the current standards and regulations in relation to accessibility, for which reviews are made prior to each publication of new content. In any case, you may find a page that does not 100% adapt to these standards, since some of the sections contained in the portal are in the process of adaptation and improvement.
