Navigation Guide

This navigation guide is a basic aid for the proper use and understanding of the OE ITSS Web/Portal. It is organized as follows:

• Access and resolution
• Structure of the web / portal
• Operation of the menu
• Links
• Used icons
• Recursive options

The Inspection Web/Portal is accessible through the most commonly used Internet browsers.

The Web/Portal of the State Inspectorate of Labour and Social Security has been designed following guidelines, and is distinguished by its simple image and ease of use.

The general structure considers the following blocks of information that remain stable throughout the Web/Portal:

Header:

• Logos of the MITES and OEITSS
• Corporate image
• Menu of languages
• Recursive menu with the search engine

Menu:

• Located in the center of the screen. With the breakdown of the available options.

Area of content:

• Central area of the page where the contents indicated in the menu are developed.

Footer of the page:

• With the options of accessibility, legal notice, navigation guide, complaints and suggestions and contact.

The menu of the OE Labour Inspection and Social Security Web/Portal has two levels of content.

First-level options have no information in themselves and are used simply to group second-level content.

The first level option does not offer information. By “clicking” on the second level option, the various contents are offered.

The links within the OE Labour Inspection and Social Security Web/Portal are easily distinguished because “passing” the cursor through a text that includes a link always displays a hand. In most cases, moreover, texts with links are always highlighted (with minimal exceptions that must be understood as design concessions).

All links to pages outside the Website/Inspection Portal open on a new page, so that when you close the link, the page of the Portal from which the call was made remains visible.

The header of the Inspection Web/Portal includes the following links:

• Ministry of Labour and Social Economy – From the MITES logo
• Home/Inspection Portal – From the OEITSS Logo

Header:

• Search Engine – Search Tool.

Footer of the page:

• Accessibility - Includes the description of the keys quick access to the main areas of the Web/Portal depending on the browsers and information of the tools used to validate site accessibility. The ITSS Web/Portal must comply with the WAI AA
• Legal notice – Legal warning about the use of the Web/Portal and responsibility of the OE ITSS with respect to the publications that appear in it.
• Navigation guide – Small help for the use and interpretation of the Web/Portal of the OE Inspection of Labor and S.S.
