The Strategic Plan of the Labour and Social Security Inspectorate 2025-2027 constitutes the roadmap to be followed by this institution with the aim of achieving a high level of quality in the provision of the public service entrusted to it as guarantor of compliance with social order standards and the labour rights of working people.
Spanish Strategy on Health and Safety at Work (2023-2027)
The EESST (2023-2027) is the main frame of reference for public policies and prevention of occupational risks at the state level in the aforementioned period.
It includes 106 measures aimed at achieving the 6 objectives of the Strategy to be implemented, or beginning its implementation in 2023-2024. Within it, the ITSS is entrusted with a series of actions to comply with the measures described.
With a total of 197 measures, it continues the actions initiated in the first action plan whose implementation date ends in 2027 and incorporates new measures to achieve a greater degree of compliance with the objectives and lines of action of the Strategy. As in the first action plan, actions are entrusted to the ITSS.
The Labour Guide 2024 is a publication of the Ministry of Labour and the Ministry of Inclusion, Social Security and Migration. It is based on current regulations and provides information on services and benefits of both departments. Its objective is to make it easier for citizens and institutions to know their labour and social rights and duties.
Guidelines on the general principles of labour inspection
It provides governments, employers, workers and their organizations with detailed tripartite technical guidance on the fundamental principles contained in Conventions Nos. 81 and 129, in the context of contemporary practices and challenges.
