Denunciation

What can be reported?

Any breach in the regulations of the social order: labor and equality, security and health, employment, social security, and work of foreigners.

Who can report to the ITSS?

Any person who is aware of such irregularities, Prior formal identification: DNI/NIE/Passport, electronic certificate, or PIN code.

How and where to report?

  • In the offices of the Provincial Labour and Social Security Inspectorates. (View link)
  • In the registers of the other organs of the Administration of the State and of the Autonomous Communities, as well as of the local administrations, provided that the corresponding agreement exists.

  • Directed to the Provincial Labour and Social Security Inspectorate where the reported work center is located. (View link)
  • A certified copy of the complainant’s DNI/NIE and, where appropriate, express authorization from the complainant must be attached so that the Inspectorate can verify his identity data in the corresponding register.

  • Through the Electronic Headquarters of the MITES.

The investigation of the irregularities described in the complaint filed is guaranteed.

Answer

A reply will be sent to the complainant provided that it is included in any of the cases included in article 20.4. Law 23/2015 of 21 July

Confidentiality

The origin of the complaints must be considered confidential, being obliged not to reveal the identity of the complainants to the companies under inspection.
