Any person who is aware of such irregularities, Prior formal identification: DNI/NIE/Passport, electronic certificate, or PIN code.
How and where to report?
In the offices of the Provincial Labour and Social Security Inspectorates. (View link)
In the registers of the other organs of the Administration of the State and of the Autonomous Communities, as well as of the local administrations, provided that the corresponding agreement exists.
Directed to the Provincial Labour and Social Security Inspectorate where the reported work center is located. (View link)
A certified copy of the complainant’s DNI/NIE and, where appropriate, express authorization from the complainant must be attached so that the Inspectorate can verify his identity data in the corresponding register.
The investigation of the irregularities described in the complaint filed is guaranteed.

Confidentiality
The origin of the complaints must be considered confidential, being obliged not to reveal the identity of the complainants to the companies under inspection.
