LEY45 is an application that allows companies to communicate electronically the movement of workers to Spain, complying with Law 45/1999 on the movement of workers within the framework of a transnational provision of services. The registration in LEY45 is done in a single portal, regardless of the Autonomous Community in which the worker is going to develop the provision of services.
