Here we tell you what the selective process consists of.
*Public Employment Offer of 2026 (Royal Decree 387/2026, of May 6, approving the public employment offer corresponding to the year 2026).
Requirements
· Degree: Official university degree of Graduate attached to the branch of knowledge of sciences, health sciences, or engineering and architecture.
· Nationality: Spanish.
· Capacity: have the functional capacity to perform the tasks
· Age: to be at least 18 years of age and not to exceed, where applicable, the maximum age for compulsory retirement
· Habilitation: Not to have been separated by disciplinary proceedings from the service of any of the Public Administrations or the Constitutional or Statutory Bodies of the Autonomous Communities, nor to be in absolute or special disqualification for public jobs or positions by judicial decision, for access to bodies or scales of career officials, nor to belong to the same body or scale to which it is presented. In the case of tests limited to access to a specialty of a body or scale, do not have previously recognized the same.

Development in writing, within a maximum of two hours, of a questionnaire of 40 questions, which will deal with the content of the program of the Annex I.
Of the 40 questions:
· 20 will refer to the subjects included in the first part of the programme: Organization of the State, the Public Administration and the European Union. Administrative and Commercial Law. General issues of business, labor relations and Social Security. Organization and procedure. (Items 1 to 28)
· The other 20 will correspond to the second part: General Concepts of Occupational Risk Prevention. Safety at Work. Security conditions in certain sectors of activity. Industrial Hygiene. Ergonomics and applied psychosociology. (Items 29 to 97)
It will consist of the written response, during the maximum period of three hours, to 10 questions that will deal with the following parts of the program.
a) Five questions will correspond to the first block of the second part: General Concepts of Occupational Risk Prevention. Safety at Work. (Items 29 to 62)
b) Five questions will correspond to the second block of the second part: Security conditions in certain sectors of activity. Industrial hygiene. Ergonomics and applied psychosociology. (Items 63 to 97)
The questions will correspond to full headings of the topics. There will be no subsequent reading of this exercise.
It shall consist in the written resolution, for a maximum period of three hours, of a case of Inspection on matters relating to: Organization and procedure. General Concepts of Occupational Risk Prevention. Safety at Work. Security conditions in certain sectors of activity. Industrial hygiene. Ergonomics and applied psychosociology, which may include the drafting of some documents derived from this assumption. (Items 29 to 97)
For the performance of this exercise, the use of legal texts will not be facilitated or allowed by the Court.

Applicants who have passed the opposition phase will attend a selective training course, of a theoretical-practical nature, which will have as its primary purpose the acquisition of knowledge for the specific and practical preparation of the applicants for the best performance of the inspection function. This course will have a maximum duration of tthree months at the School of the Labour and Social Security Inspectorate.
