The Labour and Social Security Inspectorate sends 13,660 communications for the regularization of undue bonuses in the field of Training at Work

The Labour and Social Security Inspectorate (ITSS) has submitted 13,660 communications addressed to companies and entities that would have benefited from undue bonuses in the field of On-the-job Training.

These communications affect a total of 29,624 training actions and are intended to provide affected persons and entities with the possibility of regularise voluntarily The amounts unduly subsidised, thus avoiding the initiation of inspection proceedings.

The amounts claimed can be returned until 15 September 2026.
