The ITSS launches the II Plan of Clash against Fraud in Labor Contracting

II-Plan-of-Shock

The purpose of this plan is to prevent the fraudulent use of temporary and fixed discontinuous contracts.

They have been sent 37,114 communications affecting 77,210 labour relations.

Specifically, with regard to discontinuous fixed contracts, 12,262 communications have been sent that affect 27,096 employment relationships where there are indications of absence of intermittence or seasonality.

On the other hand, with regard to temporary contracts, a total of 24,852 communications have been sent that affect 50,114 employment relationships in which the formalization of indefinite contracts would proceed.

This plan aims to detect possible irregularities, Informing companies that they have a maximum period of one month to review and, where appropriate, transform the contracts. Otherwise, the ITSS will carry out the corresponding inspection actions.
