The work on digital platforms presents a series of peculiarities that must be known in order to adapt, in an optimal way, the preventive actions developed by the organizations. As a particular case, the distribution activity linked to a digital platform requires a specific approach to health and safety in order for the measures implemented to be effective and realistic.
This document aims to provide guidelines to identify the differential characteristics of these activities and, with it, improve the preventive management of the company.
This publication responds to the commitment that the ITSS has included in its Strategic Plan 2025-2027 and that seeks to adapt prevention to the change derived from the progress of digitalization in the world of work.
