During the week of September 22 to 28, the Provincial Labour and Social Security Inspectorates of all of Spain developed joint actions with the National Police and the Civil Guard in several sectors, especially agriculture and hospitality.

The inspections carried out are framed in the Joint Action Days against human trafficking and labour exploitation, coordinated by the European Multidisciplinary Platform against Criminal Threats (EMPACT).

Through this initiative, the Labour Inspectorates together with the Security Forces and Corps of various countries agree to carry out verification actions in a certain period of time.

Beyond the Joint Action Daysthe Labour and Social Security Inspectorate collaborates on an ongoing basis with all the State Security Forces and Corps in order to combat fraud and the worst forms of labour exploitation.
