Dated July 30, 2025, D. Gerardo Gutiérrez Ardoy and Mrs. Cristina Fernández González, representing, respectively, State Public Employment Service and the State Agency for Labour and Social Security Inspection, have proceeded to formalize the signature of XV Annual Plan of Joint Objectives for the Year 2025which in turn develops the Addendum to the Agreement between the Public Service of State Employment, O.A., and the State Inspectorate of Labour and Social Security, in common matters of inspection, evaluation, control and control (BOE of 24/04/2025).

For this purpose, the inspection campaigns preferential, annual targets those to which the parties are committed, as well as a series of measures aimed at enabling the training of inspection staff in the areas covered by the Plan, and also includes the exchange of information for the joint analysis and processing of data, as a point of special interest in the fight against fraud.
