This week we have received, at the headquarters of the Ministry of Labour and Social Economy, with the support of the European Labour Authority, a study visit of one French delegation of URSSAF (Union for the Collection of Social Security and Family Benefits Contributions in France) to the Central services of the Spanish Labour and Social Security Inspectorate.
The ITSS and the URSSAF have exchanged experiences on the common strategies of both countries in the control of fraud in Social Security, how to enhance joint inspection procedures, and the exchange of information for these purposes by secure means between the two countries.
This meeting is part of one of the objectives of the ITSS, the monitoring of compliance with the rules of coordination of social security systems in Europe.
